Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about live deal data, SlayScore, merchant redirects, affiliate links, and Deal Alerts.

What is SlayDeals?

SlayDeals is an AI-powered shopping discovery platform that surfaces discounted products, trending searches, price drops, store collections, and AI-assisted value signals.

Does SlayDeals sell products directly?

No. Purchases, payment, shipping, returns, warranties, and customer service are handled by the merchant or marketplace seller you visit.

Are prices and deals guaranteed?

No. Prices, stock, seller terms, and promotions can change quickly. The merchant checkout page is always the final source of truth.

How does SlayScore work?

SlayScore uses available signals such as discount depth, current price, merchant quality, ratings, reviews, popularity, and freshness. It is an informational estimate, not a guarantee.

Do affiliate commissions affect rankings?

Compensation does not guarantee top placement or a favorable recommendation. Some links may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

What is the difference between “View at merchant” and “Compare offers”?

View at merchant opens a direct retailer or seller page. Compare offers opens a shopping-comparison destination when a reliable direct product link is unavailable.

How often is deal data refreshed?

High-traffic data is cached and refreshed periodically to improve speed and reliability. A price may still change between refreshes.

How do Deal Alerts work?

Enter your email on the Deal Alerts page to receive selected deal updates and shopping insights. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.

How do I report a bad deal or broken link?

Use the Feedback page to report outdated pricing, incorrect seller information, broken links, or other data-quality issues.

Why might a marketplace seller appear under a retailer name?

Some retailers operate marketplaces with third-party sellers. SlayDeals aims to display the seller information supplied by the source, and shoppers should confirm the seller on the destination page.
